John-Caspar is an ex-track and field athlete and an ex-soldier who lives and breathes fitness. Legend has it that he has never missed a single workout in his life…

In his younger years, he competed as a discus thrower (from 16-23), where he got the chance to train with some of the best track and field athletes in the world and also take part in some high-level competitions.

After his track and field career ended, he joined the Estonian Defence Force where he learned a whole new meaning for fitness and working out.
